Eternal Spring (ES) Qi Gong (also written as chi kung) is a system of mindful exercises that invigorates your chi (life force) and trains you to breathe easier and move smoother in alignment for health and well being.

The breath and movement training teaches you how to use breath efficiently and effectively to activate proper body movement.
